Ingredients

1 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Butter or margarine

1 cup Chopped pecans

1 cup Flaked coconut

1/2 cup Bourbon

1/2 cup Sliced maraschino cherries

Preparation

Combine egg yolks, sugar, and butter in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 20 minutes).

Remove from heat, and stir in remaining ingredients. Cool completely.

Yield: 3 1/2 cups.
