Vegetarian Tacos
Ingredients
2 cans Kidney beans -- (19 oz) drained
          1 teaspoon Chili Powder
          1 cup Bell peppers- chopped
          1 large Onion -- chopped
          
          1 packet Taco seasoning mix
          1 cup Cheddar cheese -- shredded
      Preparation

In a skillet over low heat, cook the onions, and peppers. Drain beans and place in a skillet. Mash with a spoon. Add chili powder and taco seasoning mix in skillet until thoroughly combined. Divide bean mixture among the taco shells and sprinkle with cheese.
