Lasagna Italiano

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
cup chopped onion
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
cup water
1 clv garlic -- minced
2 teaspoons salt
teaspoon oregano leaves
teaspoon pepper
8 ounces lasagna noodles cooked and drained
2 6 oz. pkgs. KRAFT Mozzarella cheese slices

Preparation

In skillet, brown meat; drain. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water, and seasonings. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. In rectangular baking dish, layer half of noodles, meat sauce, ricotta cheese, and Mozzarella cheese; repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
