lg. potatoes |

pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls |
1 |
sm. onion, finely chopped |

tablespoon oil |

pepper to taste |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Boil and mash potatoes. Saute onion until brown. Add onion, salt and pepper to mashed potatoes and mix well. Roll out each crescent roll and cut in half or thirds depending on size desired. |
Step 2 |
Place a small amount of potato mixture in the center of a piece of pastry, fold and pinch edges together. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 450 degrees or until golden brown. |
