1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 small dried red chile
1/8 teaspoon black mustard seeds
(available at Indian markets)
1/8 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon brown sugar
Water as needed
2 mangoes peeled, seeded,
and chopped
