Mayan Hot Chocolate with Xocai Healthy Chocolate Dark Chocolate Nuggets
2 cups whole milk
4 Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets, chopped
1 whole chili pepper (whole dried pepper)
1-2 stick cinnamon
Place chopped Nuggets in small stainless steel bowl, Set aside. Cut chili pepper open lengthwise. Combine milk chile pepper, and cinnamon stick in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cool for 5 minutes or until lukewarm (110 degrees or less). Pour milk over chopped Nuggets, using a sieve to keep the chili pepper fragments out i f the mixture. Whisk vigorously until Nuggets are melted and milk is frothy. Pour into preheated mugs.
