Garlic Pork Nuggets

Ingredients

5 pounds lean pork
1 tablespoon salt
3 cloves garlic pureed
freshly ground pepper

Preparation

Cut pork into one inch cubes; mix thoroughly with salt, pepper and garlic. Spread in layers in shallow baking pans, and bake at 350 for one hour. Stir occasionally and drain off fat accumulations. When serving, reheat about a pound at a time in the oven. Serve in chafing dish. (You may reheat in chafing dish if it has a good heating element.) Serve with taco sauce.
