can Evaporated milk, (18 oz) |

cups Milk |

Sweetened whipped cream |

Crushed peppermint candy |

Step 1 |
Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in a large Dutch oven; stir well. Gradually stir in water and bring to a boil. Add evaporated milk and milk. Cook until heated, stirring occasionally. Pour into mugs. Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed candy. |
Step 2 |
Yield: 7 cups. |
