edit Ingredients

cup chopped celery

1

cup cooked julienne carrots

2

tablespoons soy sauce

2

cups pineapple chunks

1

can Chinese fried noodles

1

cup chopped onions

¾

cup slivered almonds

3

tablespoons butter

¼

teaspoon salt

4

cups cooked chicken, diced

2

tablespoons cornstarch

2 ½

cups pineapple juice

2

teaspoons lemon juice

edit Preparation

Step 1

Saute celery, onions and almonds in butter. Add salt and chicken. Combine cornstarch with pineapple juice, soy sauce and lemon juice and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

Step 2

Just before serving combine sauce and chicken mixture. Heat and add carrot sand pineapple chunks. Heat through. Serve on Chinese noodles.
