Mushroom Fettuccine

Ingredients

1 lrg onion chopped
1 pound mixed mushrooms chopped
(portobello, cremini, shiitake)
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 tablespoon fresh chives
1 pound fettuccine or favorite pasta, cooked

Preparation

In a saucepan, saute the onion and mushrooms in the butter. Add the cream, sherry and chives. Cook until the liquid reduces and thickens.

Add the fettuccine to the saucepan, toss, and serve.
