Add a few grains of rice to prevent caking

1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Blend well
Substitute other herbs as desired
For potatoes & veggies
1 teaspoon dry mustard
teaspoon sage
teaspoon thyme
teaspoon marjoram
Blend well
Sub oregano for mustard if desired
For Fish
teaspoon dried parsley
teaspoon onion powder
teaspoon dill seed
teaspoon marjoram
teaspoon paprika
Blend well
All purpose

teaspoon crushed thyme leaf
teaspoon onion powder
teaspoon paprika
teaspoon celery seed
teaspoon crushed white pepper
teaspoon ground dry mustard
teaspoon dried lemon peel
teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
