box frozen asparagus spears or 1 bunch fresh |

tablespoon Dijon mustard |

tablespoon plain yogurt |

teaspoon tarragon |

Step 1 |
Cook asparagus and chill. Mix Dijon, yogurt and tarragon in small bowl. Before serving pour sauce over chilled asparagus spears. |
