Ingredients

Egg white
1 tablespoon
Water
1 cup
Sugar
1 teaspoon
Salt
1 teaspoon
Vanilla
2 cups pecan halves
Preparation
1
Mix
egg white and water until frothy.
Mix
sugar,
salt
, and cinnamon. Dip pecans in egg and water mixture, then
roll
in the sugar mixture. Place in shallow pan and
bake
at 300 degrees F for 30 to 45 minutes,
stirring
every 15 minutes.
