About

Exploring the underground world of mushrooms. Get out of the button mushroom routine and try the different varieties. They pair perfectly with earthy herbs like sage and thyme! And well, you know Tipsy...Gotta have the white wine! I've gone from removing all traces of shrooms from my pizza to really acquiring a taste for the fragrant, earthy little nuggets. Accompanied by plump shrimp, onions, peas, and herbs you have a hearty dinner!

Excellent with Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio
