Preparation

Grind
all the ingredients together in a
blender
or a food processor fitted with a steel blade until it becomes a paste.

Great with seafood; perhaps with shrimp and pasta, as a
baste
for a
mixed
grill

mixed
with escargot and Jack cheese to fill your own raviolis.
