Radicchio and Sausage Quiche

Ingredients

1/2 pound Italian Sausage
6 eggs, large
1 cup cream, heavy
salt/pepper to taste
2 cups Radicchio, chopped
1 cup Fontina cheese, shredded
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Preparation

Over medium heat & cook the Italian sausage, set aside.

Combine the eggs, cream, salt & pepper in a medium bowl.

Layer radicchio & cheese in the bottom of the pie shell & top w/the sausage.

Whisk the egg mixture & pour over the top of sausage.

Bake for 40-50 minutes at 375˚ F.
