Guacomole Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

4 teaspoons Guacomole
10 white button mushrooms, sliced
8 boneless, skinless chicken strips, cut into cubes
1 small onion
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 cup of water

Preparation

Defrost chicken overnight in refrigerator or in microwave for about 8 minutes.

Add cooking oil

When oil comes to a ripple, add cubed chicken

Let cook for about 5-6 minutes

Add sliced mushrooms, onions, and sliced tomatoes

Let simmer for another 5 minutes

Add 1/2 cup of water to let veggies soften

Add basil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes

Let simmer for about 2 more minutes or until all water has evaporated

Remove mixture from pan and reserve

Lower hit on skillet and add one tortilla

When tortilla has heated on both sides for about 1 minute, remove from pan

Spread Guacomole on tortilla and add 1/4 of the chicken mixture

Wrap torilla into a burrito shape

Wrap in aluminum foil to keep hot

Continue process until you have 4 finished wraps
