Sheesh Kabobs with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

For the kabobs:
1 tray of minced meat - I used turkey, but you can use chicken or lamb, or beef, your choice!
1 teaspoon of chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon of cumin (jeera) powder
1/2 teaspoon of coriander powder
1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
1 handful of fresh chopped coriander
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
For the dip:
1/2 a cucumber, peeled, deseeded and chopped
1 green pepper chopped
1 teaspoon of dill
1 cup of fresh yogurt
1 cup of sour cream
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

For the kabobs:

Combine all the spices and minced meal and arrange it into skewers

Drizzle olive oil onto a pan with aluminum foil

Place the skewers over it

Set the oven for 400 degrees and cook for 30 minutes

For the dip:

Add the chopped cucumbers, peppers, sour cream, dill, and yogurt

Mix it up will and add some salt and pepper

Drizzle some olive oil over it!
