tablespoons Dehydrated vegetable flakes, |

(onions,carrots,tomatoes, celery,and/or bell peppers) |

teaspoon Dry mustard |

teaspoon Salt |

jar (4 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, garlic, vegetable flakes, mustard, and salt. Shape the mixture into 4 oval patties, each about 1/2 inch thick. |
Step 2 |
Lightly coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add the patties and cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side, or until browned. Add marinade/sauce and mushrooms. |
Step 3 |
Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, or until the beef patties are no longer pink in the center. |
