Step 1 |
Prepare the pasta according to the package directions; drain, rinse, and drain again. Place in a large bowl and allow to cool. |
Step 2 |
Add the tomatoes, Cheddar and mozzarella cheeses, scallions, and pepperoni to the pasta; toss until well combined. |
Step 3 |
In a medium bowl, combine the oil, vinegar, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well. Pour the dressing mixture over the pasta mixture and toss until evenly coated. |
