cup Dry Milk Powder |

teaspoon Diastatic Malt Powder |

tablespoons Garlic Powder OR 8 Cloves Garlic - Baked |

cup Parmesan cheese Grated |
1 ½ |
teaspoons Salt |

cup Warm Water |

Step 1 |
Yields 1 Loaf |
Step 2 |
All ingredients should be at or above room temperature. |
Step 3 |
If using garlic cloves, peel and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees |
Step 4 |
(wrap in aluminum foil for baking.) |
Step 5 |
If using garlic cloves, mash the baked cloves before adding them to the bread machine. |
Step 6 |
Add the ingredients to the pan in the order listed. |
Step 7 |
Select "White Bread". |
Step 8 |
Press "Start". |
Step 9 |
Cool the bread on a rack for at least 1 hour before slicing. |
