Chocolate Bundt Cake

Ingredients

Chocolate cake
INGREDIENTS:
For the cake:
-1 package flour, 500 gr-1 lb
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-3 eggs
-1 1/2 cup of milk
-1 cup of vegetable oil
-2 cups of sugar
-3 tbsp cacao powder
-2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-1 1/2 cups bittersweet chocolate chips
For the glaze:
-250 gr-8oz chocolate, melted

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Spray bundt pan with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer, add sugar and eggs and beat until well combined. Add the oil, milk, baking powder, vanilla, cacao powder, and flour. Stir in chocolate chips.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a skewer, sharp knife, or toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Check on the cake in 1 hour to make sure it's not browning too quickly on top. If it is, just place a piece of foil loosely over the top of the pan. Once fully baked, let the cake cool for 20 minutes, and drizzle with melted chocolate and chocolate sprinkles (optional )
