Chicken Paprikash (Chicken Paprika)

Ingredients

1 fried chicken (3 lb. about), cut into pieces
2 medium-sized onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons sweet paprika
3 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy sour cream
Salt
pepper

Preparation

Brown chicken, onions and paprika in butter.

Add the chicken broth; cover, and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes or until chicken pieces are tender.

Stir in sour cream and heat through.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
