Sweet Milk Soup With Filini Pasta

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk (e.g. 3.5%% fat)

2 tablespoons cream

1/2 cup cooked Filini pasta

1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar

teaspoon vanilla sugar

Preparation

Boil the milk

Add in cooked Filini pasta

Add in sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream

Stir gently

Serve warm

About

Milk soup with noodles/Filini pasta is a lunch/evening meal dish wide-spread in ex-USSR. It is usually made for children, so for a lot of people this soup brings back childhood memories!
You might try adding a couple of tablespoons coconut milk instead of cream, or experiment with different kinds of vanilla flavouring.
