teaspoon rosemary

teaspoon oregano

tablespoons Dijon mustard

cup dry white wine

Salt to taste

Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Put all ingredients (turkey skin-side down) in crock pot and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours, basting turkey if possible.
