edit Ingredients

pkg. Italian green beans |

cup chopped onion |

cloves garlic, minced |

teaspoon Dijon style mustard |

tablespoons parsley |
3 |
tablespoons vegetable oil |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Cook beans according to package directions, adding onion to cook with the beans. |
Step 2 |
Mix together garlic, red wine vinegar, mustard, and parsley. Add oil 1 tablespoon at a time, mixing well between each tablespoon. Drain beans and onions, stir in vinegar mixture until beans are coated. Let stand for 5 minutes. |
