edit Ingredients

cups chicken or beef broth |

carrots, peeled and cut in long strips |
½ |
cup peas |

potatoes, peeled and diced |

cups milk |

Garnish with fresh minced parsley |

Step 1 |
Add carrots, peas, and potatoes to broth and cook until almost done. Place raw peanuts in blender with milk and grind finely. Add to broth and vegetables and simmer another 30 minutes. |
