Recipe: Quick Peach Dessert edit

fresh peaches, peeled, halved and pitted |

tablespoons heavy cream |
1 |
tablespoon sugar |
¼ |
teaspoon vanilla |

ounce semi sweet chocolate, finely grated |

Step 1 |
Arrange 2 peach halves, cut side up, in 4 individual dessert dishes. Whisk the cream, sugar and vanilla together until the mixture forms soft peaks. Gently fold in half the chocolate and half the nuts. |
Step 2 |
Place a little of the mixture in each peach half. Sprinkle each with equal amounts of the remaining grated chocolate and nuts. Chill before serving. Serves 4. |
