Ingredients

24

chicken wings

Juice of 2 lemons

2

inch or 3 slices ginger pickled sweet vinegar (or fresh ginger, shaved thin)

2

Tb. Soy sauce

1

teaspoon dark sesame oil

½

teaspoon thyme, oregano or Italian seasoning

4

cloves of garlic (finely minced)

¼

teaspoon cracked peppercorns (or ground black pepper)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees:

Cut the end of the chicken wing off.

Step 3

Combine all of the marinade ingredients and place chicken in marinade for 2 hour or longer in the refrigerator.

Step 4

Place chicken in baking pan and cover with marinade.

Step 5

Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
