1/2 purple onion
Scooped out the flesh of the guacamole, and mashed it all up. Dice the onion and the jalapeno.Depending on how spicy you like it, you can add just half the jalapeno. (If you like it spicy, go ahead and add it all!) Then just squeeze in the juice from the lime, and add salt to taste. So easy, but so delicious.
