Healthy Whole Wheat Bran Muffins

Ingredients

2 cups wheat bran
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon soda
1 egg
1 1/2 - 1 ⅔ c. reconstituted dry milk
cup honey

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Mix egg, water and honey with whisk and add to dry mixture. Mix by hand until thoroughly mixed. Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. This is a low fat recipe.
