Kiwi Preserves

Ingredients

1/4 cup Lime juice
3/4 cup Unsweetened pineapple juice
3 cups Sugar
1 3-ounce pouch liquid fruit pectin

Preparation

Wash 3 1/2 pint jars in hot soapy water;rinse. Keep hot until needed.

Prepare lids. Wash kiwis; peel. Slice about 1/8" thick; set aside. In a 4 quart pot, combine lime juice, pinapple juice and sugar. Bring to a boil over med-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add kiwi slices. Reurn mixture to a boil. Stirring constantly, boil 1 minute. Remove from the heat; stir in pectin. Ladle hot
