These figure-friendly brownies are high in essential fatty acids (omega 3-6-9), high in fiber, iron, antioxidants, flavonoids, protein, vitamin B6, and electrolytes ... They WILL make you feel GREAT after you eat them. I promise :)
I like to grind my oats in the coffee grinder, but you can also use a blender.
