pound medium shrimp deveined and shelled |

tablespoons olive oil |
2 |
lrg cloves garlic minced |
2 |
tablespoons tequila |
1 |
tablespoon lime juice |
¼ |
teaspoon salt |
¼ |
teaspoon crushed red chili pepper |
3 |
tablespoons cilantro chopped |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
In a bowl, add olive oil, garlic, tequila, lime juice, salt, red pepper, and cilantro; whisk together. Add the shrimp to the marinade and coat well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes but no more than 2 hours in refrigerator. |
Step 2 |
Place shrimp on skewers. Grill shrimp on medium until pink. Do not over cook. |
Step 3 |
Garnish with lime and cilantro. |
