Ingredients
4 cups
pecan
halves
1 cup
sugar
1 dsh
salt
2
egg whites
, stiffly beaten
cup
margarine
Preparation
1
Fold
sugar and
salt
into stiffly beaten egg whites.
Fold
in pecans.
Melt
margarine in a 9 x 12-inch pan, then spread in the nuts.
Bake
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes,
stirring
every 10 minutes. Let
cool
and
store
in an airtight container.
