Krillr Crab Puffs

Ingredients

1 package won ton wrappers

2 tablespoons garlic, powdered

Allow cream cheese and crab meat to warm on counter, just long enough that mixing them with your hands won't freeze them ;-)

Put crab meat and cream cheese into a large mixing bowl

Mix meat and cheese with your hands.

Slowly sprinkle the garlic into the mixture as you churn.

Fill a small bowl with cold water

Place a wanton shell on a plate

Dip your fingers into the bowl of water and gently moisten the edges of the wanton shell

Place a small amount, about the size of a quarter, of meat/cheese/garlic mixture into the center

Fold the wanton in the manner seen [[recipe:LN6MK858:here]]

Repeat steps 6-9 until you run out of materials

Prepare a deep fat fryer.

Cook puffs in fryer until golden brown
