cups fresh green beans or 2 boxes frozen French style green beans |

small onion, chopped |

teaspoon Dijon mustard |

teaspoon pepper |

cup Parmesan cheese |

cup Cherry tomatoes, halved |

cup green or black olives |

canned anchovies, chopped |
Step 1 |
Cook beans until al dente. Drain well and cool. Add onions and toss to mix.Mix remaining ingredients to make a dressing in a small bowl. Pour over beans, add Parmesan cheese and toss to mix well. Arrange on a bed of lettuce and add tomatoes, olives and anchovies. |
