Cannelloni

Ingredients
1 16 oz. pkg. Ricotta cheese
2 cups Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Romano cheese
1/2 pound Italian sausage
3/4 cup frozen spinach
1 egg
Preparation

Cook pasta preference according to directions. Brown sausage in 10 inch skillet. Drain. Cook spinach according to package directions or place in small bowl with 1/2 cup water in microwave for approximately 2 minutes. Drain. Combine sausage and spinach along with remaining ingredients except sauce in large bowl. Fill pasta tubes or shells or place 1/2 cup mixture on lasagna noodle and roll up.
