Crockpot Beef

Ingredients

2 pounds stewing beef cubed
1 can tomato sauce - (8 oz)
1 green pepper chopped
cup water
2 tablespoons vinegar
Salt to taste
Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

Preparation

Place all ingredients in crockpot. Stir to mix well. Cover and cook 9 hours on LOW or 4 hours on HIGH.

Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
