Basil & Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons finely minced basil
Salt and pepper

Preparation

In a small jar combine above ingredients. Shake jar well to blend. Chill for 1/2 hour. Pour over favorite salad. Tastes best over fresh summer tomatoes.
