Yield: 4 side dishes

fresh Swiss chard leaves |

fresh Lacinato kale leaves |
4 |
fresh Collard green leaves |

tablespoons Olive oil |

lemon, zested, juiced |
to taste, salt |

to taste, pepper |

Step 1 |
Rinse and rough chop all the greens and place them into a large bowl. |
Step 2 |
Add olive oil to a large pot or saute pan and place over high heat. |
Step 3 |
Once oil is hot, reduce heat to medium high and add all the greens. Stir quickly for 1 minute. |
Step 4 |
Add garlic and stir for another 2 minutes. Add stock and stir. Squeeze fresh lemon and add lemon zest and stir. |
Step 5 |
Taste for seasoning. |

Note greens cook down to more than half their original size.
