c. each shredded cabbage, broccoli, celery

carrots

c. diced boiled chicken

1

bunch green onions, shredded

oz. bacon, cooked crisp

set aside

2

eggs, make thin omelettes

shred

1

c. green peas, cooked

½

c. soy sauce

½

c. oil

1

sm. pkg. vermicelli noodles, cooked

Step 1

Heat wok and fry each vegetable one at a time with a tablespoon of oil each time. Empty vegetables in a large mixing bowl. Fry the chicken then add to vegetables. Now mix the cooked noodles in with all vegetables, chicken, bacon, soy sauce and part of the shredded egg (leave some aside for garnish). Salt to taste. Put the chow back in the wok and heat; mix everything through and through. This dish tastes best the day it is cooked. Make in the morning and serve in the evening. Enjoy.
