Vegetable Idle Specially For Kid's
Ingredients
1 cup suji
1 cup curd
4 tablespoons vegetables of your choice (finally chopped)
(you can take cauliflower,beans,carrot,cabbage, beetroot etc)
1 tablespoon or 1 pouch eno powder
for chutney:-
1 onion
2 tomatoes
2 red chilly whole
5 garlic
salt as per taste
5 kari patta
1/2 teaspoon rai
oil for tempering
Preparation

Take suji in a bowl

Combine all ingredients except eno powder

Mix well

Now put idli cooker on fire

Pour 2cup water in it

Grease idli stand lightly

Mix eno in the mixture

Beat well and pour 1tsp batter in each idli mold

Steam at least for ten min

Serve hot with chutney

For chutney:-

Mix all the ingredients except rai , kari patta and oil

Grind well

Now heat oil for tempering put rai and kari patta in it and pour over chutney
