Pancit Canton and other stir fried noodles, soup noodles originated from china and has different ways of cooking ,
edit Ingredients

cup julienne sliced carrots |

tablespoons soy sauce |

tablespoons oil |

pkg. Pancit Canton Chinese noodles |
½ |
cup water |
1 |
cup celery, diced |
2 |
cups julienne sliced cabbage |
1 |
cup Chinese peas |
1 |
pound cubed pork or chicken breast |
1 |
cup peeled shrimp |
2 |
cloves garlic, crushed |
1 |
medium onion, diced |
edit Preparation
Step 1 |
Saute onion, garlic in oil. |
Step 2 |
Add cubed pork, or chicken ,and shrimp. Cook until done (approximately 10 minutes). |
Step 3 |
Add all vegetables and cook for 3 minutes (don't overcook vegetables as they should still be crisp). Add 1/2 cup water, soy sauce and MSG. |
Step 4 |
Add noodles and stir until noodles are soft. Makes 10 servings. |
