cup julienne sliced carrots

tablespoons soy sauce

2

tablespoons oil

1

pkg. Pancit Canton Chinese noodles

½

cup water

1

cup celery, diced

2

cups julienne sliced cabbage

1

cup Chinese peas

1

pound cubed pork or chicken breast

1

cup peeled shrimp

2

cloves garlic, crushed

1

medium onion, diced

edit Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion, garlic in oil.

Step 2

Add cubed pork, or chicken ,and shrimp. Cook until done (approximately 10 minutes).

Step 3

Add all vegetables and cook for 3 minutes (don't overcook vegetables as they should still be crisp). Add 1/2 cup water, soy sauce and MSG.

Step 4

Add noodles and stir until noodles are soft. Makes 10 servings.
