cloves garlic, minced |

cup butter, melted |

cup lemon juice |

teaspoon salt |

teaspoon pepper |

pounds lg. fresh shrimp peeled |

Step 1 |
Saute garlic and onion in butter until tender. Remove from heat and stir in lemon juice, salt and pepper. Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a shallow baking pan. Pour butter sauce over shrimp. Broil 6 inches from heat 5-6 minutes or until shrimp are done, basting once with sauce. Serves 3-4. |
