[edit] Ingredients

¼

cup hoisin sauce

¼

cup ketchup

1

tablespoon minced jalapeno chili

1

pound whole pork tenderloin cut ¾" cubes

Salt to taste

Freshly-ground black pepper to taste

1

small pineapple peeled, cored,

and cut into 1" cubes

Step 1

Prepare hot fire in grill. Combine hoisin sauce, ketchup and jalapeno chili; set aside.

Step 2

Season pork cubes with salt and pepper. Thread pork onto skewers; grill over direct heat for about 4 minutes, turn and glaze with hoisin mixture. Continue cooking on grill just until pork develops a rich brown color, for about 8 to 10 minutes total cooking time.

Step 3

This recipe yields 4 servings.
