Ingredients

1 pkt cream cheese (3-ounce) softened
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mashed pimientos (2 to 3)
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well-blended .
