tablespoons soy sauce |

teaspoon wine |

cup diced water chestnuts |

cup diced green pepper |

cup cashew nuts |

teaspoon salt |

tablespoons Hoisin sauce |

tablespoon cornstarch |

teaspoon baking soda |

teaspoon sugar |

Step 1 |
1. Dice chicken and mix with marinade for at least 3 hours. |
Step 2 |
2. Heat oil in warm wok and quick stir fry chicken over high heat; when white, drain out. |
Step 3 |
3. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok, stir fry chestnuts and green pepper for 1 minute. Add chicken and hoisin sauce; toss well. |
