[edit] Ingredients

lrg Ripe tomatoes -- cored and

Coarsely chopped

½

small Cucumber,peeled, seeded and

And cut into chunks

Onion -- halved

1

small Jalapeno pepper, stemmed and

Seeded

10

ml Garlic -- minced

2

tablespoons Olive oil

1

tablespoon Wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

In a food processor or blender or by knife, finely chop the tomato, cucumber, onion, and jalapeno peppers. Transfer to a bowl and mix in the garlic,olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Makes about 21/2 cups or four servings...
