Roast Sweet and Sour Cabbage
Ingredients
1 head
cabbage,
cut into wedges with core attached
olive oil
salt
and
pepper
caraway
seed
Balsamic vinegar
Preparation

Heat
oven to 375.

Oil
baking
pan

Place cabbage wedges in
baking
pan. Drizzle with olive oil.
Season
to
taste
with
salt
and pepper. Sprinkle on caraway
seed.

Roast
for 35 minutes or until toasted
brown.

Remove from oven, splash Balsamic vinegar over cabbage wedges.

Serve
with
roast
meats,
mixed
grill,
or sausages.
